Question 1

How do I generate a quiz with AI on EduGenius?

Accepted Answer

Type your topic (or paste your notes / upload a PDF) in the Generate page, choose MCQ Quiz from the format list, and click Generate. EduGenius produces a ready-to-use quiz with answer keys in under 30 seconds.

Question 2

What study formats does EduGenius support?

Accepted Answer

EduGenius supports 15+ formats including Multiple Choice Quizzes, Flashcards with spaced repetition, Mind Maps, Worksheets, Revision Notes, Case Studies, Essay Questions, Presentation Slides, Study Guides, and Rapid-Fire Tests. All of them are generated from a single topic or document.

Question 3

Is there a free plan? Do I need a credit card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account receives 25 welcome credits with no credit card required. The free tier lets you generate study materials straight away. Paid plans (Starter and Professional) unlock higher credit volumes and priority generation.

Question 4

Can I use EduGenius for homeschooling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick Homeschooling Teacher when you sign up and you get the entire teaching side — planning, assigning, grading, evidence. Your children sign up as learners and get the whole climb. Same product, two seats at the same table. In practice that means you plan your year and track coverage against your own plan for portfolio and reporting, while they get practice, mastery tracking and the Aria coach. There is no separate parent account: the homeschooling parent is the teacher.

Question 5

How is EduGenius different from Quizlet or Kahoot?

Accepted Answer

Quizlet and Kahoot require you to create content manually. EduGenius generates complete, curriculum-aligned study materials from any topic in seconds. It also includes Aria, a personal AI coach that explains concepts, tracks weak areas, and builds a tailored study plan.

Question 6

Can I upload a PDF and generate study materials from it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Generate page you can upload a PDF (lecture notes, a textbook chapter, etc.) or paste text directly. EduGenius extracts the key content and generates quizzes, flashcards, or any other format from your own material.

Question 7

What is Aria and how does the AI coach work?

Accepted Answer

Aria is EduGenius's conversational AI study coach. You chat with her to get concept explanations, custom study plans, exam-strategy advice, and answers to follow-up questions. Aria also identifies weak areas from your quiz performance and recommends what to review next.

Question 8

Does EduGenius work for university students and competitive exam prep?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. EduGenius is used by students from KG through postgraduate level, as well as professionals preparing for certifications (CPA, UPSC, IELTS, Bar, medical boards, and more). The AI adapts complexity and depth to your stated level.

Question 9

Can I download the materials I generate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every generated material can be downloaded as a PDF, Word document (DOCX), or PowerPoint (PPTX) from your Study Library. Materials stay saved in your library indefinitely.

Question 10

How does the Compete feature work?

Accepted Answer

Compete lets you join subject-specific cohorts and take timed quiz challenges. You earn XP points for correct answers and streak bonuses for consistent study. Your score appears on a global leaderboard and a cohort-level leaderboard so you can compare with classmates.
