EduGenius is an AI-powered educational content generation platform that provides:

• Educational content generation for grades KG-9
• Multiple content formats including quizzes, assignments, and study materials
• Pedagogical recommendations based on educational theories
• Session retrospective and adaptive learning features
• Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans, Upgrades & Changes

EduGenius offers subscription plans that can be upgraded or adjusted from your account dashboard. When you confirm a plan change, you agree to the following policy:

• Plan upgrades are billed immediately for the selected billing cycle. Charges are non-refundable once the upgrade is confirmed.
• Your existing subscription is replaced with the new plan as soon as the upgrade is processed. Any remaining time on the previous plan will not be credited or prorated unless expressly stated.
• If a downgrade or billing cycle change is requested, it will take effect at the end of the current paid period unless we explicitly offer an immediate switch.
• Cancelling a pending upgrade before payment completion keeps you on your current active plan.

By authorizing a plan change through the confirmation window, you permit us to charge the applicable amount and acknowledge that access to plan benefits updates instantly after payment. Contact our support team before confirming if you need clarification on the impact of a plan change.
